What you are agreeing to when you book, and what we owe you in return.
What this platform is
A marketplace. The cars are owned, insured and operated by independent rental companies; you rent the car from the company that supplied it.
The car, its delivery and a breakdown are that company’s to answer. Money, the booking, deposits, refunds and invoices are ours, and never theirs.
Eligibility
You need a driving licence valid in the market you are renting in and valid for the class of car you have chosen. Checkout asks for it before a car is held, and a booking whose licence does not qualify is not accepted.
The price, and the tax in it
The price you are shown is the whole price and already includes value added tax — five per cent in the United Arab Emirates, fifteen per cent in Saudi Arabia.
That tax is remitted to the authority in full. It is not revenue, ours or the rental company’s.
How the money moves
The rental is charged when you submit the booking. The charge is made by the payment provider, not by us, and the money lands in the provider’s account.
The provider then splits it between the rental company, any local partner and the platform. At no point does a platform account hold the rental company’s share.
A booking is not confirmed until the provider says the payment succeeded.
The deposit
A deposit is reserved on your card and not moved. It is released when the car comes back clean, or partly claimed against photographic evidence of damage.
Not every car asks for one, and the car page says so before you reach checkout.
Cancelling
One policy covers every car on the site. Two identical cars never carry different terms, and a rental company cannot write its own.
Cancelling 48 hours or more before collection costs nothing. Inside 48 hours but 24 or more, half of one day’s charge. Inside 24 hours, one day’s charge. Not turning up is treated as one day’s charge.
A cancellation charge can never be more than you actually paid, so cancelling never leaves you owing us money. The deposit reservation is released whenever a booking is cancelled, on any of these terms.
You are shown the exact refund before you confirm a cancellation, every time.
If the rental company cancels
You are refunded in full and credited, whatever the reason and however late it happens. The cost of that falls on the company, not on you, and never on a partial refund.
A charge you disagree with
A charge can be disputed from the booking itself for 72 hours after you are told about it. After that window, or once it has been settled, the help page is the way back to us — quote the booking reference.
The rental company’s own conditions
Where a branch publishes conditions of its own, they are shown at checkout above the confirm button, in the language the company wrote them in. A condition you could only read after committing is not one you agreed to.
Who you are dealing with
A car in the United Arab Emirates is booked with, charged by and invoiced by Neuvoke Technologies.
A car in Saudi Arabia is booked with, charged by and invoiced by Masar Kanaz. Which entity applies follows the car's market, not where you are reading from: a Saudi booking is with the Saudi entity whoever makes it.
